SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Order processing: 2 business days.
Delivery: 1 to 2 business days from date of shipping.
Purchase cancelation: Purchase cancelation for purchases within Ecuador will be accepted within 15 days of purchase if the merchandise is returned to our company in perfect condition, has not been used, and has all labels and the original packaging. The Homero Ortega company assumes the shipping costs only in case of a wrong delivery, in which the customer has not received the product according to his order. In all other cases, the shipping costs have to be borne by the buyer.
Shipping to USA, Europe and Latin America: 50 US$ (1-2 hats)
Shipping to Africa, Australia, Asia: 60 US$ (1-2 hats)
Processing of the order: 2 business days
Delivery: 5 to 8 business days from date of shipping (depending on region)
Customs and taxes at destination: To be borne by the customer.
In the United States, taxes are not collected for order values of up to 800 US$.
Other destinations: For purchases over 150 US$ (in products), a “certificate of origin” is included which in some destinations provides a reduced duty for straw hats.
Returns: International sales are final. A refund is only accepted if the customer receives different goods to those ordered by him. In this case the buyer must notify Homero Ortega within 5 working days of receipt.
Homero Ortega sends all merchandise in perfect condition. Everything is packaged according to safety standards and will arrive in perfect condition under normal conditions. In the event of loss or damage during the delivery process, DHL’s shipping insurance will cover the costs, thereby freeing Homero Ortega from all liability.
